Stop Smoking Services

Any patient wishing to give up smoking can be seen at the surgery by our nurses and Healthcare assistant. They provide continued structured support and advice, giving patients the best opportunity to give up smoking.

The surgery now offers a stop smoking clinic on a Saturday Morning. If you are interested please make an appointment at reception.

The services we offer from the Practice can:

  • Boost your willpower to stop smoking
  • Concentrate your efforts by getting advice from someone who knows your medical background
  • Help you feel that you're not doing it alone
  • Help you to cope when you are tempted to smoke
  • Monitor improvements to your health so that you can see the benefits

There is also a Hertfordshire Stop Smoking Service - 0800 389 3998 or visit the Smoke Free website.
