Out of Hours - What To Do If You Have An Urgent Health Problem and The Surgery Is Closed...

For urgent but non-emergency situations please consider the following alternative services if you need advice and the surgery is closed:

NHS 111 Service

NHS 111 is a new service that's being introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services. You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phone.

Feeling Unwell at the Weekend?

If you suddenly feel unwell at the weekend, you can now phone 111 to book an appointment with a GP at Elstree Way Clinic. To use this service you must book an appointment by phone. Please do not come without an appointment or we won't be able to see you. This weekend service is available between 8am and 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

For further details please see our Press release and Promotional poster.
